Erin began her career by dyeing her older sister’s hair red with a pull through cap when she was in 6th grade, and has never looked back. She received her education from Rudy and Kelly Academy in 2013, and was quickly hired at Bombshells Salon in Harbourview where she worked until 2015. She worked at Glow Salon from 2016 until 2017, and ultimately opened Pin Ups on April 1, 2017. Erin has continued to stay on the cutting edge of new industry trends, and is certified in keratin treatment, habit and hand extensions, and has taken styling classes with Oribe and Bumble and Bumble, as well as a class taught by legendary stylist to the stars, Jen Atkin. Erin has been both the creative and business force behind Pin Ups from the beginning, and she’s excited to take on a partner and co-owner to double the hustle and ideas Pin Ups brings to Suffolk.

Katherine has been Facilities Manager for another Hampton Roads business, Mid Atlantic Recycling Solutions since 2016. Katie officially entered into business as part owner of Pin Ups in early 2019, and is excited to bring her management expertise and business savvy to the venture. Where Erin is the creative and stylistic force behind the business, Katherine brings her practicality and absolutely unrelenting hustle to growing Pin Ups. Katherine grew up with Erin and both are passionate to add a vital and cutting edge business to the community they grew up in and are proud to be a part of.
